Policies and How Shipping Works:
  • Year round shipping!
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are our shipping days.
    Thursday, if you are requesting NEXT DAY AIR. Remember you are ordering a semi perishable product.
  • We NEVER ship if delivery can not be made before Friday.(This prevents your goodies from spending a weekend in a far off warehouse)
  • Courier service, via Breakaway Courier, may be requested if deliveries are needed same day in the Boston area. We simply pass their rates to you, simple and direct! Call 1.888.737.1197 for quotes.
  • Ice packs are enclosed in the summer months to insure your product arriving fresh.
  • FedEx or USPS are our methods of shipping. When you check-out, shipping rates are quoted DIRECTLY FROM FEDEX or USPS.
    Although rarely, if an error occurs due to the fault of FedEx or USPS, be mindful we do not own nor operate them!
    Once the package leaves our hands we no longer have control and we will do our best to rectify the situation on your behalf.
